• Out of Stock Switch: The machine will shut off automatically when no material is left in the rear vise jaws.

• Fast Approach: Work height is automatically set allowing the head to rise just enough to clear the work piece, reducing cycle time and minimizing time spent approaching the material.
• Blade Guides: The combination roller bearing and carbide blade guides reduce heat and blade stress, providing longer blade life and accuracies of +/-0.002 per inch of material cut.
• Vise Jaws: Hydraulic, split jaw, full stroking vises allow for superior bundle cutting, reduced blade vibrations, and minimal burrs left on the material.
• Self Cleaning System: The spring loaded chip brush assembly, driven by the drive bandwheel, allows for a clean gullet coming into your material.

Conveniently located on the left hand side of the machine and offers full control of all machine functions such as; vises, blade speed, saw frame, bundle clamping, parts counter, shuttle advance and retract, coolant, and work light. (A stand alone operators control console is available as an option.)
Nesting fixtures for vertical clamping are designed for high-production multiple cutting of bundles and shapes. Vertically mounted hydraulic clamps located on each vise jaw apply downward pressure to hold multiple bar work or structural shapes.
