• Speed Range: 70 – 330 fpm with an inverter drive and a robust worm gear transmission allows for a wide range of material cutting.
• Out of Stock Switch: The machine will shut off automatically when no material is left in the rear vise jaws.
• Hydraulic Down Feed: Feed rate and feed pressure can be controlled independently for quick, accurate sawing.
• Hydraulic Shuttle Feed: Length settings of 0 – 20″ are made with a numerically controlled back gauge. The heavy duty cast iron shuttle table travels on two large, hardened and chromed cylindrical ways guaranteeing cutoff length accuracy. +/- 0.005 repeatability per index. Up to 20 cycles are possible using the multi-index system.
• Blade Guides: The combination roller bearing and carbide blade guides reduce heat and blade stress, providing longer blade life and accuracies of +/-0.002 per inch of material cut.
• Vise Jaws: Hydraulic, split front, full stroking vises allow for superior bundle cutting, reduced blade vibrations, and minimal burrs left on the material. Front split jaws reduce remnant to as little as 3″.
• Automatic Chip Removal: The rotating chip auger in the coolant return removes chips quickly and efficiently, allowing the operator to perform more productive operations.
• N/C: The touch screen programmable controller allows operator to program up to 9 different jobs. Each job includes settings for amount of cuts, and cut length. The blade speed is displayed on the NC control scree. Automatic kerf compensation and self-diagnostics allow for quick accurate set-ups.
